We are currently seeking a WFH Assistant Client Manager/Senior Bookkeeper to assist in delivering services to our growing client base.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assist with supporting our clients and helping them manage their business finances
• Complete bookkeeping and BAS work for our clients, including payroll
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and EOFY accounts
• Supervise and review workflow of other bookkeepers
• Maintain client relationships

Our Ideal Candidate:

• A team player.
• Results-driven.
• 5+ years bookkeeping, BAS, and payroll experience in a bookkeeping firm.
• Experience having managed multiple clients across various industries.
• Experience with Xero and MYOB.
• Experience with Receipt Bank (Dext), Karbon (Job Management System) and Gsuite will be an advantage but not required.
• Strong reconciliation skills and the ability to reconcile the balance sheet.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are a must for this position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritise tasks in a highly organised and methodical manner.
