Your Role

As a Senior Client Manager, you'll take the lead in managing key client relationships, providing strategic financial advice, and ensuring top-tier accounting services. Your expertise will help businesses navigate complex financial landscapes, while also mentoring junior team members and optimizing internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts
• Provide high-level strategic financial advice to businesses
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting standards
• Mentor and develop junior accountants, fostering a culture of growth
• Assist clients with business planning and financial strategies
• Oversee financial analysis and reporting for senior management
• Drive team efficiency, ensuring workflows are optimized and deadlines are met
• Lead client meetings and presentations, strengthening relationships and delivering insights

What Were Looking For:

• 7+ years of accounting experience in an Australian accounting firm
• Proficiency in Xero and strong technical accounting knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• A leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring and team development
