Due to continuous growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager with 7 years of experience working in an Australian Accounting Firm.

Job Summary:

As the Senior Client Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing client accounts, providing strategic financial advice, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial advice to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Support senior management with financial analysis and reporting.
  • Mentor and guide junior accountants.
  • Develop and implement efficient accounting practices.
  • Assist clients with business planning and growth strategies.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations.
  • Proactively manage and drive team workflow efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Xero.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
