What we are offering:

Role Overview:

The firm Administrator plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day and long-term success of Curtis-Villar. This individual will assist with daily activities and drive financial and operational objectives. With exemplary leadership and management skills, the firm Administrator ensures that all support functions operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and coordination in the administrative, planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of Curtis-Villar.
  • Provide analytical support to other teams.
  • Reports delivered accurately and on time to the Partners.
  • Financial records comply with internal policies.
  • Management and team have ready access to sound financial/accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the tracking of professional development and dues for team members.
  • Prepare documentation for insurance renewal.
  • Oversee accounts receivable collections and follow-up.
  • Reconcile internal CRM revenue and receivables with accounting records.
  • Record and invoice client disbursements in CRM.
  • Follow-up on outstanding invoices from team members.
  • Reconcile visa and post expenses through Dext.
  • Prepare renewals for month recurring revenue clients and discuss with partners.
  • Assist with the on-boarding process for new clients.
  • Assist with preparation requirements for practice inspections.

Skills and experience:

  • Bookkeeping certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative approach with a strong team-player attitude.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take ownership of challenges.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High-level time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Xero, Dext, and Wagepoint.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
