We are seeking a Financial Analyst to play a key role in our investment strategy, working closely with the Commercial Director to provide financial insights, build models, and support investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and maintenance of financial models for property projects, corporate ventures, and external financing.
- Provide analysis, comparisons, and financial data to support investment decisions and assist in investor reporting.
- Prepare presentations, and documentation, and assist with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the corporate budget, variance analysis, and internal forecasts.
- Conduct due diligence and market research on property developments, including feasibility studies and risk identification.
- Prepare reports on market conditions, project feasibility, and supply-demand analysis.
- Assist in preparing investor documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, and liaising with consultants for required information.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in the property development or investment management space is a plus but not essential. We welcome applicants with strong financial analysis backgrounds who are eager to learn the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in M&A, investment, or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, business writing, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and investment processes.
- CFA, CA, or CPA certification is an advantage but not essential. Candidates with strong financial acumen and relevant local qualifications are encouraged to apply.
