What You'll Do

The Role

This is a very important role; we know that our admin team keeps our practice running smoothly. You will be managing client onboarding, ATO correspondence, document workflows, e-signatures, and team communications. You'll also actively use and help shape our AI tools (Claude Cowork, Microsoft Copilot) to automate routine tasks and improve how we work. You will also be responsible for keeping our team connected with fun fortnightly social online activities. You will be reporting directly to our Australian Administration Manager.

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have experience in admin or operations, ideally in Australian Public Practice
• Already use AI tools and are always thinking about how to use them better
• Are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable without needing to be managed
• Communicate clearly and thrive in a fully remote environment
• Bring warmth and energy. People enjoy working with you
