Key Responsibilities

• Review and oversee preparation of financial statements, tax returns and activity statements
• Assist with tax planning and advisory work
• Manage workflow and ensure efficient delivery of compliance work
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

• 4+ years experience in Tax & Business Services (public practice)
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards
• Strong knowledge of tax and compliance
• Experience with Xero and modern accounting software
• Leadership experience preferred (or desire to develop leadership skills)
