Job Summary:
We are an established and growing accounting firm seeking a proactive and creative Content Marketing & Copywriting Specialist to support our digital marketing and content efforts. You'll own our content engine end-to-end: email, social, websites, SEO content, landing pages, and AI search platforms. You'll help shape our voice, sharpen our messaging, and build scalable content systems that drive real business outcomes.
You'll build the foundations, create the frameworks, and teach us how to operate faster and smarter using modern AI tools.
We won't be training you. You'll be training us.

What You'll Do
Content & Copywriting (Core of the Role)
- Write high-quality, human-led copy across:
- Email campaigns and nurture sequences
- Social content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Website pages and landing pages
- SEO blogs and long-form content
- AI search platforms and content hubs
- Develop messaging frameworks and brand voice guidelines
- Turn complex ideas into clear, compelling, conversion-focused content
- Create content calendars and publishing rhythms
- Build and optimize email flows and landing pages
- Track performance and continually refine copy based on data
This role is heavily weighted toward writing and content creation. Strategy matters — but execution matters more.
AI-Enabled Marketing & Systems Building
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, editing, repurposing, and production
- Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows (without sacrificing quality or authenticity)
- Create SOPs and content systems that future team members can step into
- Continuously explore new tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, Midjourney, etc.)
- Train leadership and future hires on practical AI workflows
- Help us build a lean, modern marketing engine that punches above its weight
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 3–5+ years' experience in content marketing and copywriting
- Are a strong writer first — AI power-user second
- Very fluent in English both spoken and written
- Can confidently create content across multiple formats and channels
- Have hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT/Claude, Canva, Notion, Zapier, and email/CRM platforms
- Understand SEO fundamentals and conversion-focused copy
- Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable owning outcomes
- Can build systems from scratch and execute without micromanagement
- Want to be a founding marketing hire with real influence
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in designing supporting creatives for content
- Video editing skills
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or services-based businesses
- Built AI workflows or trained teams on AI tools
- Experience with paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Background in SEO, analytics, or CRO
- A portfolio, case study, or examples of campaigns you've built largely solo
