Sri Lankas premium online store WishQue Pvt Ltd. brings you an opportunity to join the fastest growing eCommerce company in the capacity of an Human Resources Executive.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, Coordinate interviews, conduct screenings, and perform reference checks.
• Training and Development.
• Manage payroll, EPF, and ETF documents.
• Maintain employee records and assist in performance evaluations.
• Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, templates, and job descriptions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• God knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar capacity.
• People-centric, joyful, energetic, hardworking person.
• Excellent knowledge of labour laws and regulations.

The chosen candidate would be entitled to an attractive remuneration.
