We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Biddable Media Manager with a specialized focus on B2B lead generation. This role is critical to our growth strategy, as you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to acquire high-quality leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is passionate about using data and analytics to drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and lead the companys comprehensive biddable media strategy, including budgeting, channel mix, and goal setting to support both brand awareness and performance-based objectives.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta) to achieve key business goals, with a particular focus on B2B lead generation.
  • New Channel Initiatives: Proactively identify and initiate new paid media channels, tactics, and technologies to test and scale, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance with a focus on both high-level business goals (e.g., brand awareness, web traffic) and specific metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Content, and Analytics teams to align media efforts with overall business goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in a biddable media role, with a primary focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads. Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and web analytics (e.g., GA4) is essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of multi-touch attribution and funnel analysis to understand how paid media contributes to the B2B sales cycle.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and confidently.
