RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training and Development:
- Assist in the crafting and managing of a sustainable learning development solution.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshop, and learning sessions
Maintain training records and track employee participation.
- Employer Branding
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy to attract top talent and promote our positive workplace reputation.
- Collaborate and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
- Employee Engagement:
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to create a roadmap for enhancing workplace culture and employee experiences.
- HRIS Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, benefits, and performance records.
- Oversee daily operations of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and security, ensuring adherence to legal and company standards.
- Others
- Understand how to recruit candidates to grow new teams according to business objectives and assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
- Basic skill in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good written skills in both Thai and English.
- Multitasking and prioritizing daily workload
- A positive attitude and a passion for fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
