RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Training and Development:
    1. Assist in the crafting and managing of a sustainable learning development solution.
    2. Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshop, and learning sessions
    3. Maintain training records and track employee participation.

  2. Employer Branding
    1. Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy to attract top talent and promote our positive workplace reputation.
    2. Collaborate and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Employee Engagement:
    1. Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
    2. Collaborate with HR and leadership to create a roadmap for enhancing workplace culture and employee experiences.
  4. HRIS Administration:
    1. Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, benefits, and performance records.
    2. Oversee daily operations of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and compliance with privacy regulations.
    3. Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and security, ensuring adherence to legal and company standards.
  5. Others
    1. Understand how to recruit candidates to grow new teams according to business objectives and assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
  • Basic skill in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good written skills in both Thai and English.
  • Multitasking and prioritizing daily workload
  • A positive attitude and a passion for fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
