Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (50%)

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the right talent for the team.
  • Actively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and creative platforms to build a strong pipeline.
  • Provide creative solutions to address recruitment challenges, ensuring efficiency and quality in the hiring process.

Employer Branding (30%)

  • Lead the creation and execution of content strategies for employer branding across social media, career platforms, and internal channels.
  • Develop trendy and engaging content to promote the companys culture and attract top talent.
  • Push targeted content campaigns to address hiring challenges for specific roles, driving visibility and interest.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve and innovate branding efforts.

Other (20%)

  • Track Partner (HRBP) : Participate in Track Meetings to assist in resolving team-related issues and review probation progress with employees during their probation period.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing initiatives that foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Training Support: Provide minor support to the team in planning and executing training programs.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on managing the full cycle of hiring processes.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Canva, Instagram) for content creation and engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Good command of English for professional communication and handling work-related tasks.
  • Creativity and an eye for trendy, impactful content; experience in digital marketing or content creation is a plus.
