Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and conduct lead generation programs and outbound cold calls, using a provided list of leads. to achieve pipeline growth goals.
  • Partner with the sales & marketing team to generate leads.
  • Analysis and develop reports and dashboards tracking the KPIs.
  • Perform a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Partner with sales closely. Follow up with clients and arrange appointments.
  • Maintain and record the calling database completely in CRM.
  • Develop and improve the calling process, including script, mail, etc.
  • Handle online and offline meetings.

Required Skills

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communication, Information Management
  • Must have at least 2+ years of Tele sales/marketing in IT product/partner team experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsible for promoting new services and penetrating new market
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office, Lead Generation & CRM tools & Analytic
  • Must be self-motivated, customer-obsessed, and have a high sense of ownership.
  • Has the ability to work with a team and independently.
  • Has the ability to build relationships via direct contact with people of all levels both internal and external.
  • Required Language: Fluency in Thai and English
