About the job Sales Support (Telesales)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and conduct lead generation programs and outbound cold calls, using a provided list of leads. to achieve pipeline growth goals.
- Partner with the sales & marketing team to generate leads.
- Analysis and develop reports and dashboards tracking the KPIs.
- Perform a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Partner with sales closely. Follow up with clients and arrange appointments.
- Maintain and record the calling database completely in CRM.
- Develop and improve the calling process, including script, mail, etc.
- Handle online and offline meetings.
Required Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communication, Information Management
- Must have at least 2+ years of Tele sales/marketing in IT product/partner team experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible for promoting new services and penetrating new market
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office, Lead Generation & CRM tools & Analytic
- Must be self-motivated, customer-obsessed, and have a high sense of ownership.
- Has the ability to work with a team and independently.
- Has the ability to build relationships via direct contact with people of all levels both internal and external.
- Required Language: Fluency in Thai and English
