Job description

  • Understand customer’s needs and be able to offer the right product matching their needs.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in enterprise and corporate sectors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
  • Lead analysis on customer business requirements and document requirements.
  • Maintain related requirement traceability and track the traceability to design
  • Be a liaison between business users and systems to ensure that business and technical requirements are aligned with organization’s standard and referenced architecture.
  • Plan, Organize and manage Project work to drive product delivery in timeline.
  • Conceptual API product development.
  • Ensure Project deliverables meet all requirements and quality.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Business, IT, MIS or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of experience in solution sales with a proven track record of success is preferred (Full-cycle project (CRM solution) experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of system integration is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in IT background.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a strong sense of ownership.
  • Good English communication skills.
