Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee System Integration (SI) projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of various software systems, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical knowledge of system integration methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end system integration projects, ensuring seamless communication between various platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk management strategies, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with software developers, infrastructure engineers, third-party vendors, and business teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and track project progress, budgets, and KPIs to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare reports, and communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that system integration aligns with business requirements, security policies, and best practices.
  • Drive change management processes and ensure smooth user adoption post-integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related challenges, ensuring system performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in system integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, cloud platforms, enterprise software, and middleware technologies.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar PM software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in AWS cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and middleware solutions.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
