Responsibilities

Operations

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports on social media data.
  • Monitor and alert on brand-related activities and situations on social media.
  • Track and closely follow up on brand crises or incidents using social listening tools.

Management

  • Coordinate and manage assigned projects.
  • Work collaboratively with partners.
  • Plan and design workflows.
  • Train, supervise, and ensure the quality of reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Age not over 30 years; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Basic proficiency in the following software:
    • Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables)
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Power BI
    • Google Suite
  • Basic English proficiency (able to read, write, and review reports).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, with non-Saturday-Sunday days off (depending on scheduling):
    • Morning shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    • Evening shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skills in design or proficiency with data visualization tools.
  • Strong summarization and writing skills.
