Responsibilities
Operations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports on social media data.
- Monitor and alert on brand-related activities and situations on social media.
- Track and closely follow up on brand crises or incidents using social listening tools.
Management
- Coordinate and manage assigned projects.
- Work collaboratively with partners.
- Plan and design workflows.
- Train, supervise, and ensure the quality of reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Age not over 30 years; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic proficiency in the following software:
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables)
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Power BI
- Google Suite
- Basic English proficiency (able to read, write, and review reports).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good communication skills, teamwork-oriented, and adaptable.
- Willingness to work in shifts, with non-Saturday-Sunday days off (depending on scheduling):
- Morning shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Preferred Qualifications
- Skills in design or proficiency with data visualization tools.
- Strong summarization and writing skills.
