Job Openings Corporate Development Manager

About the job Corporate Development Manager

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose & advise: Analyze the business health of group companies (financial, operations, tech), spot bottlenecks and risks, and propose practical opportunities to unlock growth.

  • Build trust-based partnerships: Act as a neutral, trusted bridge — listening to the needs and constraints of each company's leadership to ensure support from HQ is relevant and actionable.

  • Drive alignment: Design and run the rhythm of business (shared OKRs/KPIs, quarterly reviews) to keep every company moving in the same direction without losing agility.

  • Unlock & execute: Go beyond directing — roll up your sleeves to remove cross-company roadblocks, coordinate resources, and follow through until initiatives succeed.

  • Create synergy: Identify and drive opportunities across companies — cross-selling, bundled solutions, product/data/AI integration, shared infrastructure and vendors — to grow revenue, cut costs, and move faster.

  • Negotiate commercially: Structure and negotiate fair, value-based agreements on shared resources, budgets, and cross-company terms that expand the pie for everyone.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years in Strategy, Business Operations, Business Development, Management Consulting, Strategic Partnership, Product Strategy, M&A, or Investment — with a track record of driving cross-team or cross-company initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the software/tech ecosystem.

  • Ability to analyze business models, revenue models, cost structures, unit economics, and key business drivers to inform decisions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority.

  • Critical thinking — able to break complex problems into clear roadmaps.

  • Strong commercial negotiation skills, with a value-based approach.

  • Empathy, integrity, and the ability to build long-term trust with founders and leadership.

Why Join Us

  • Work directly with founders and executives across a growing group of companies.
