About the job Senior Marketing Consultant
You will be responsible for leading teams to meet our clients and delivering a social listening research to answer our clients’ objectives with a strategic recommendation. To close the gap between clients and us, understanding and managing client’s expectation is a key. You will conduct and monitor the social listening researches, mainly through our proprietary tools, as well as analyzing consumer and brand voices for an actionable insights and strategies to clients.
The Marketing Consultant is a key role to drive team abilities and standards of social researches by guiding the strategic direction of marketing campaign, communication, product development, and others based on social media data findings. You will expose to various accounts and industries such as FMCG, banking and investment, real estate, etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Research and Strategic Consultant
- Play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, conducting workshop (if any), providing clarity of issues & opportunities, while inspiring direction and contributing consumer insights to the teams
- Lead and direct diverse teams of consulting and researches to deliver inspiring strategic recommendations and solutions according to clients’ objectives and expectations
- Be able to utilize research studies both primary and secondary data to provide the actionable insights focusing on social media data from the proprietary tool of Wisesight
2. Skill Management
- Shape members and teams to enhance a better skill set of the strategic thinking, marketing, branding, and recommendation with a structural framework
- Coordinate with other teams to raise a standard of research and to close the gap between client expectation and team deliverable
3. Leadership
- Guide the teams how to get the deeper analysis, analysis framework and actionable implication for clients
- Get the requirements from clients and lead teams to structure the proposal, pitching, and report and presentation
Qualifications:
- At least 2-4 years as Strategic Planner, Associate Analyst, Consultant, Marketer or Brand Communication Manager or related field. Working in Social or Digital Agency is a plus
- Have a strategy background with basic knowledge of Marketing and Business
- Excellent research and analytical thinking skills
- Able to handle and cope with data
- Proactive to lead teams while support members to enhance a better knowledge skill set
