Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned National Account Manager based in Los Angeles to drive growth and manage executive-level relationships across strategic accounts, host agencies, national accounts, and consortia.

This position is strictly B2B and operates exclusively within the U.S. travel advisor ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted commercial partner to senior leadership, driving long-term growth, platform adoption, and revenue through strategic planning, executive engagement, and data-driven account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value host agencies, national accounts, and consortia.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and C-suite teams at headquarters.
  • Business Reviews: Lead Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs/ABRs) to ensure alignment and performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales, adoption, and performance metrics to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to advocate for key accounts.
  • Commercial Leadership: Support contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term agreements.
  • Industry Presence: Represent PriceAgencies at industry events and partner meetings; travel as required.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Experience: 7–10 years of B2B account management or strategic sales experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the U.S. travel advisor ecosystem, specifically with host agencies or consortia.
  • Communication: Exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven account management.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Languages: English (Required); Spanish (Preferred).
