Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned National Account Manager based in Los Angeles to drive growth and manage executive-level relationships across strategic accounts, host agencies, national accounts, and consortia.
This position is strictly B2B and operates exclusively within the U.S. travel advisor ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted commercial partner to senior leadership, driving long-term growth, platform adoption, and revenue through strategic planning, executive engagement, and data-driven account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value host agencies, national accounts, and consortia.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and C-suite teams at headquarters.
- Business Reviews: Lead Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs/ABRs) to ensure alignment and performance.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales, adoption, and performance metrics to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to advocate for key accounts.
- Commercial Leadership: Support contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term agreements.
- Industry Presence: Represent PriceAgencies at industry events and partner meetings; travel as required.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience: 7–10 years of B2B account management or strategic sales experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the U.S. travel advisor ecosystem, specifically with host agencies or consortia.
- Communication: Exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven account management.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Languages: English (Required); Spanish (Preferred).
