The Role
The IT Support Technician will assist the IT Support team in all aspects of maintaining and providing comprehensive, effective and efficient IT Services. This role will have an expectation of undertaking duties and providing support across multiple sites, ensuring the best possible quality of experience for users receiving the IT Service.

Reponsibilities
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable
• Support, maintain and deploy all IT hardware and software resources used, without exception: • Follow detailed instructions to configure network clients, including allocating required software and connecting to the correct server;
• Actively maintain and monitor the anti-virus/ anti-malware provision and overall security of the IT systems to ensure the integrity of data, systems and resources.
• Support, assist and train as required all staff, students and visitors as deemed appropriate
• Ensure the IT Support Services complies with Health & Safety legislation in relation to ICT hardware and use
• Ensure that the IT Support Service is acting responsibly and legally with respect to copyright, acceptable use and data protection
• Compliance with all government legislation
• Ensure any documentation produced is to a high standard and is consistent.
• Participate in training and other learning activities as required.
