Job Description:

The Role

* Deliver high standard international property consulting and transactional service to existing and potential clients;

* To apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales targets

 

Responsibilities

* Handle inquiry from potential clients in regards to UK property investment and able to provide investment recommendation and strategy to clients

* Provide high standard of advisory service on location, finance, letting and resale of property to clients

* Skilled in assisting prospective buyers in visiting, selecting and inspecting properties and sites

* Progress sale through to reservation, exchange and completion stage

* Commitment to customer service including after sales and sales progression

* Negotiate and agree sales price to both client and developer

* To effectively manage a sales database to optimize sales opportunities

* Able to work with targets and deadlines.

 

Key Performance Indicators

* Achieving sales target is the key performance indicator

* Leverage the company’s existing resource, and also explore a wider network to bring in

sales

* Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
