About the job General Practitioner (Doctor)
We are assisting our client, a leading industrial company, in hiring a General Practitioner (Doctor) to be stationed at one of their operational sites in the Sulawesi region. This role is ideal for a doctor who is passionate about providing quality medical care in an on-site or industrial environment and is comfortable working under a coaster rotation system (6 weeks on-site, 2 weeks off).
Key Responsibilities

Deliver primary healthcare and medical consultations to employees and staff at the site clinic.

Provide emergency and first-response medical care, including stabilization and coordination for evacuation when necessary.

Conduct routine medical check-ups, health screenings, and preventive programs.

Maintain complete and confidential medical records for all patients.

Support occupational health programs, including monitoring of work-related illnesses or injuries.

Collaborate closely with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team to implement health promotion and workplace safety initiatives.

Coordinate with external medical providers or hospitals for referrals and specialized treatments.

Participate in health education, wellness campaigns, and awareness sessions for employees.
Qualifications

Licensed Medical Doctor (Dokter Umum) with valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktek).
3 - 5 years of clinical experience, ideally with exposure to industrial, mining, or remote-site healthcare settings.

Proficient in general and emergency medical care, with good clinical judgment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management teams.

Willingness to work under a 6-weeks-on-site, 2-weeks-off rotation schedule.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a remote or limited-resource environment.
