We are looking for a Human Resource Manager, responsible for driving HR strategy and managing end-to-end HR operations for large-scale coconut collection and plantation activities. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage thousands of employees across plantation and operational sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures aligned with business and operational needs.
- Oversee end-to-end employee management, including attendance monitoring, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage payroll processes, both manual and system-based, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration and compliance.
- Ensure company regulations, internal policies, and labor rules are consistently implemented across all sites.
- Maintain and optimize the use of HRIS for employee data, reporting, and monitoring.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to management, especially in workforce planning and manpower control for plantation operations.
- Coordinate closely with site teams to ensure HR policies are effectively executed in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
- Strong background in plantation, manufacturing, or agribusiness industries (coconut or similar commodity is a strong advantage).
- Proven experience managing large-scale manpower (hundreds to thousands of employees).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Experienced in HRIS, payroll, and BPJS processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
