About the job Sales Manager - HoReCa
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue across weddings, corporate events, MICE, and social functions within a HoReCa environment. This role focuses on selling event packages, managing key accounts, and closing deals, while working closely with operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive event, wedding, and MICE sales revenue in line with monthly and annual targets
- Acquire and manage corporate, wedding, and event agency clients
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for event packages
- Lead price negotiation and deal closing with clients and partners
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and service teams to ensure event delivery meets client expectations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings within the Bali HoReCa market
- Prepare sales performance reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Event Sales, Wedding Sales, or MICE Sales within hotel, resort, catering, or HoReCa environments
- Proven experience handling weddings, corporate events, and large-scale functions
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Familiarity with hotel or event sales systems (OPERA, Delphi, or similar is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Willing to be based in Bali and flexible with working hours
