The organization is currently undergoing a massive digital transformation, positioning data as the core engine for its next phase of growth. This role is a high-visibility appointment within the CEOs Office, designed to centralize intelligence and drive data-driven decision-making at the highest level of the groups leadership.

Job Purpose

To lead the enterprise data analytics function by transforming complex datasets into high-impact strategic intelligence. This role acts as a "Strategic Bridge" between technical data architecture and commercial execution, ensuring that the organizations growth and operational pivots are rooted in robust evidence and sophisticated consumer behavior analysis.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Roadmap: Design the enterprise analytics strategy in alignment with the companys digital transformation roadmap, moving from descriptive to prescriptive analytics.

Insight Generation: Oversee the development of diagnostic tools and executive dashboards that provide a "single version of truth" for the C-Suite.

Commercial Impact: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to identify growth "leaks" in the customer funnel and propose data-driven interventions to optimize ROI.

Data Storytelling: Synthesize complex statistical findings into compelling, non-technical narratives for the Board and Managing Director.

Governance & Compliance: Collaborate with the Data Governance Office to ensure data integrity and full compliance with Indonesian data privacy laws (UU PDP).

Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of Data Analysts and BI specialists, fostering a culture of curiosity and rigorous analytical thinking.

Qualifications & Experience

Academic: S1/S2 degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

Professional: 10–15 years of experience in data-centric roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within a fast-paced corporate or digital environment.
