Solution Architect / Head of Solution

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Solution to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions across diverse industries. In this senior role, you will act as the bridge between global solution teams and local client stakeholders, overseeing solution architecture, customization, and implementation strategies to ensure scalability, security, and business alignment.

As Head of Solution, you will manage client-facing engagements, guide pre-sales activities, and ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams, clients, and technology partners. You will also mentor a team of solution architects and consultants, drive innovation while ensuring cost-effectiveness and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support

• Engage with enterprise clients to understand business needs, pain points, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with business development teams to craft and present tailored solution proposals.
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) and demo development to validate solution feasibility.
• Represent the company in client discussions, industry forums, and partner collaborations.

Solution Architecture & Customization

• Define end-to-end architecture across infrastructure, applications, middleware, security, and data/AI.
• Analyze client IT environments and coordinate with global HQ teams to localize, adapt, and extend solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet standards of scalability, efficiency, security, and compliance.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, providing insights and thought leadership on digital transformation trends.

Project Handoff & Technical Guidance

• Provide architectural oversight during project initiation and handoff to delivery teams.
• Ensure solution documentation and knowledge transfer are clear and complete.
• Support risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of solution architects and technical consultants.
• Act as a liaison between local and HQ engineering/product teams, ensuring client-specific needs are addressed.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with delivery, operations, and business teams to drive seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• 1015 years of experience in solution architecture, IT consulting, or pre-sales engineering, with exposure to infrastructure, applications, data/AI, and security.
• Strong experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions across multiple industries (e.g., Telco, Industrial, Financial Services).
• Proven track record in client engagement, pre-sales, and solution delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding teams and managing complex projects.
• Fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage).
