Job Purpose

To lead and define the end-to-end product, partnership, and brand strategy for the Business within the Telco industry. This role ensures sustainable market growth, portfolio profitability, and customer value realization through integrated marketing, go-to-market alignment, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Product Portfolio & Lifecycle Management

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of the Business product portfolio, including lifecycle management, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Drive market share expansion, revenue growth, and portfolio profitability for Fixed Broadband products.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and brand strategies to strengthen brand equity, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints and campaigns.

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance product value propositions and ecosystem integration.
  • Drive co-marketing and bundled offerings with ecosystem partners.

Go-to-Market Alignment

  • Ensure strong alignment with Sales and Channel teams to deliver effective go-to-market execution and consistent customer experience.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and GTM initiatives across all channels.

Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Enhance business performance through analytics, market insights, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Optimize marketing investments and portfolio outcomes based on performance metrics and ROI analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (required)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development within the Telco industry
  • Strong exposure to Fixed Broadband / FTTH products is highly preferred
  • Proven capability in driving portfolio growth, brand leadership, and go-to-market success
