- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional finance qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA are preferred.
- Strong accounting background is an advantage.
- 8-12 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with a focus on financial planning and business strategy.
- Proven track record in FP&A/Finance Accounting roles, preferably in the FMCG industry. Prior experience in the FMCG sector, with a deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.\
- Understanding of cost accounting principles and their application in the FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems and tools such as SAP, TM1, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning, and decision-making.
- Ability to provide financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Experience in managing cost structures, pricing analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to support business decisions with data-driven insights.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and compare large datasets from multiple sources.
- Skilled in translating financial data into meaningful reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Willing to travel as required for business needs.
