Finance Accounting Associate (Urgent Hiring)

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance & Accounting Associate with a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience. This role is ideal for candidates who are immediately available and ready to contribute in a structured, fast-moving environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, bank transactions, and AP/AR
• Execute timely and accurate monthly closings and account reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes
• Identify areas for process improvements and support automation initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Hands-on experience with monthly closing and reconciliation processes
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS) and local tax regulations
• Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Immediate availability preferred (especially due to recent layoff)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a startup or Big 4 accounting firm
• Familiarity with cost control, reporting, audit coordination, and consolidation
• Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced environments
