About the job Head of Sales
Our Client a software development company was founded in 2009 specializes in developing web and mobile applications, as well as providing IT consulting services are looking for Head of Sales to join their team. The mission of the Head of Sales (Hunters) is to acquire new customers through meeting with the prospect, qualify the lead, build the relationship, pitch the key stakeholders, and close (win) the deal, converting the prospects into customers and drive team effectively to achieve the targets.
This role is supported by Inside Sales, Partnership Manager, and Account managers, as part of a driven, hungry multi-functional team (pod) responsible for Indonesia market.
Job Description :
- Lead sales team to develop and execute sales programs to general leads and acquire new clients
- Close deals to meet /exceed the assigned Sales Targets
- Build a network and identify business opportunities (Networks & Events)
- Respond to inbound leads via email or conference call
- Make sales presentations to the prospects
- Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ &Tenders
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Manage customer data on the CRM system
- Manage sales team to produce accurate and timely reporting that focus on all relevant aspects of assigned Business Development to Board of Directors
Job Requirement :
- Good in both spoken and written English
- At least 8 years experience in Sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record
- Excellent presentation & communication skills (ice-breaking, storytelling, and conversation maintenance)
- Good negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Solid experience in building and managing sales team
- Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments
- Experience from international projects is a plus
- Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience in related position
- Background in IT industry is preferred
