About the job Training & Development Lead
Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement comprehensive training programs for employees across all departments within the F&B group.
2. Identify training needs through performance evaluations, surveys, and consultations with department heads.
3. Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support learning objectives.
4. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring effective delivery and engagement of participants.
5. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
6. Collaborate with HR to integrate training initiatives into the onboarding process for new hires.
7. Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors in implementing training strategies and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to enhance programs and methodologies.
9. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes employee growth and development.
10. Serve as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment of training efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the F&B industry.
3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of employees.
5. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to influence and drive change.
6. Analytical skills to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and learning management systems (LMS).
8. Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) is a plus.
9. Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
10. Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
