About the job Field Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee budgets and operational costs for fieldwork activities.
- Manage and allocate resources and budgets throughout the fieldwork process (before, during, and after).
- Collaborate efficiently with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure the execution of high-quality quantitative and qualitative fieldwork.
- Lead the field team in recruitment, interviews, and conducting both qualitative and quantitative fieldwork.
- Maintain a robust field team presence in the Jabodetabek area and other cities across Indonesia.
- Exhibit strong managerial and leadership capabilities to effectively guide the team.
- Perform well under pressure, ensuring data quality meets set targets.
- Oversee field vendors to ensure smooth field operations.
- Focus specifically on the project fieldwork.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative fieldwork, with a proven leadership track record.
- Comprehensive understanding of fieldwork methodologies and strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse team of researchers and operations staff.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting targets ahead of deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to create and manage budgets for operational costs for various projects.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Work Setting:
- Five-day workweek
- Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
