Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Strategy and Growth:

    • Lead strategic planning processes across various business units, identifying growth opportunities and establishing frameworks to achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement business strategies that drive profitability, market share, and competitive advantage.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry shifts to inform strategic decisions and long-term planning.
  2. HR Transformation:

    • Oversee a comprehensive HR Transformation to build a future-ready organization structure and operational model.
    • Guide the HR function in workforce planning, talent development, and optimizing HR processes to support rapid growth across diverse business units.
    • Work with HR leadership to create a scalable HR strategy that aligns with the broader business goals.
  3. Organizational Restructuring:

    • Develop and implement restructuring initiatives to enhance organizational agility, efficiency, and adaptability to changing market conditions.
    • Design structures that optimize resource allocation, operational workflows, and team collaboration across functions.
  4. Employee Value Proposition (EVP):

    • Drive the creation and promotion of a compelling Employee Value Proposition that emphasizes unique career growth, development, and benefits.
    • Implement engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention rates.
  5. Future-Focused Skills Development:

    • Identify and cultivate critical skills aligned with the companys future business model, with a focus on digital capabilities, leadership, and analytical skills.
