We are seeking a talented and experienced Operation Manager to join our client team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished goods. You will work closely with engineers, operators, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the dehusking, deshelling, and wet process.
  • Develop production plans that meet target production levels.
  • Be responsible for the production process and the output of the Meat Preparation Department, ensuring that quality and quantity requirements are met.
  • Ensure that the production area is clean and hygienic at all times.
  • Assign tasks in accordance with quality policies (quality objectives) and food safety programs.
  • Ensure that the Meat Preparation Department operates effectively and efficiently.
  • Be responsible for the implementation of company policies and regulations, the Quality Management System, the Food Safety Management System, the Halal Assurance System, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or Food Technology from a reputable university.
  • 5+ years of experience in a food production environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality control and food safety principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
