Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team responsible for preparing risk assessments

- Oversee the development and implementation of credit risk policies and procedures

- Ensure thorough risk assessment reports are prepared before submission to the credit committee and Board of Directors (BOD)

- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for accurate risk analysis

- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality work

- Present risk assessment findings to the credit committee and BOD

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of credit risk strategies and recommend improvements

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
