As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will be responsible for leading and driving sales strategies in Bali and NTB. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and developing high-performing sales teams. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders to ensure strong execution of sales and marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth in Bali and NTB.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.
  • Ensure effective distributor management, including stock availability, order processing, and sales execution.
  • Negotiate trade terms and promotional agreements with key accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to drive high performance.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Set clear KPIs and ensure accountability within the team.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and trade execution.
  • Monitor pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness in the region.
  • Work closely with the trade marketing team to plan and execute regional promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and brand visibility at retail outlets.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions.
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor and control discounts, trade spend, and credit terms to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications : 

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience in the FMCG (Food) industry.
  • Proven track record in managing regional sales, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM tools.
  • Willing to travel extensively within Bali and NTB.


Preferred Qualifications : 

  • Experience in handling both modern trade and general trade channels.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bali and NTB markets.
  • Ability to drive sales in competitive and high-growth environments.
