Responsibilities:

1. Conduct prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities within the financial technology industry.

2. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies for potential clients.

3. Communicate effectively with prospects via phone, email, and social media channels to understand their needs and introduce relevant financial technology solutions.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate prospects on the features and benefits of the fintech products/services.

5. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and follow-up activities.

6. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to prospects.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of fintech solutions for new clients.

9. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization.

10. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role within the fintech or financial services industry.

3. Strong understanding of business modeling in the fintech industry, including revenue streams, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition models.

4. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

5. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable, as it would be advantageous for engaging with Chinese-speaking clients.

6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome objections during the sales process.

8. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

9. Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products, technologies, and industry trends to stay competitive in the market.
