Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced People Development Manager to join our client growing food and beverage (F&B) company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing our company's people development initiatives, including training, coaching, and mentoring programs. They will play a key role in developing our company's talent and ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people development strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals
  • Identify and assess employee learning and development needs
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs on a variety of topics, including leadership, communication, and technical skills
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels of the organization
  • Manage and track the effectiveness of people development initiatives
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees
  • Develop and maintain the company's learning management system (LMS)
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in people development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in people development, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing employee training and development programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Passion for helping people develop their skills and careers
