Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in legal practice and in-house roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in the IT industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
