Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with data center clients, acting as the primary contact.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for data center solutions.
- Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations tailored to client needs.
- Stay updated on data center industry trends and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities.
- Possess deep knowledge of data center products (e.g., colocation, cloud, connectivity) to provide consultative solutions.
- Manage and track sales pipelines in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and post-sales support.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management within the data center industry.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets for data center products and services.
- Strong understanding of data center solutions, including colocation, cloud services, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
