Department Head - Finance Accounting FP&A

Responsibility:

- 6-7 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance, with a background in big 4 firms for at least 5 years, showcasing a strong foundation in financial principles.

- Demonstrated ability to navigate both finance and accounting responsibilities, ensuring a well-rounded skill set that can contribute to various financial positions.

- Proven track record of working in at least 2-3 different companies, highlighting adaptability and versatility in different organizational environments.

Requirements:

- Proven experience of 6-7 years in progressively responsible roles within accounting and finance.

- Strong background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in big 4 firms, demonstrating exposure to diverse clients and industries.

- Comprehensive understanding and practical application of both finance and accounting principles, showcasing the ability to navigate seamlessly between the two functions.

- Track record of successfully working in at least 2-3 different companies, demonstrating adaptability and a history of contributing to organizational success.
