Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a solid academic foundation in financial principles.- Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is preferred.
- Proven experience of 6-7 years in progressively responsible roles within accounting and finance.
- Strong background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in big 4 firms, demonstrating exposure to diverse clients and industries.
- Comprehensive understanding and practical application of both finance and accounting principles, showcasing the ability to navigate seamlessly between the two functions.
- Track record of successfully working in at least 2-3 different companies, demonstrating adaptability and a history of contributing to organizational success.
- Genuine passion for the work, evident in a proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks and challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities, indicating versatility and a proactive attitude towards taking on new tasks.
