About the job Marketing Executive
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Executive! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, leads, and sales for our colocation services. You will play a key role in establishing our brand presence in the Jakarta market and contributing to the company's overall growth.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and sales targets.
· Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
· Create and manage high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, white papers) to educate potential customers about our colocation solutions.
· Manage and execute social media campaigns to build brand engagement and drive traffic to our website.
· Design and execute marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, presentations) to promote our services.
· Manage and optimize our website to improve user experience and lead generation.
· Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels.
· Support the sales team with marketing initiatives and materials.
· Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
· Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including market research, content marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Chinese and Korean language skills will be an advantage.
· Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans that achieve measurable results.
· Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
· Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a must.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure marketing campaign performance.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
