Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze market trends and data to inform sales and marketing strategies.

- Prospect and develop new distribution channels to expand market reach.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive operations and goal alignment.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.


 Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and operations management.

- Proven track record of successful team management and sales performance.

- Strong understanding of partnership development and management.

- Experience in managing marketing activities and campaigns.

- Ability to create and manage budgets effectively.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
