Our esteemed client, a prominent F&B and lifestyle enterprise, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize brand operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Directing production planning, forecasting, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Supervising staffing, training, and overall functions of banquet, restaurant, and bar teams.
  • Cultivating positive guest experiences by warmly welcoming and engaging with patrons, nurturing regulars, noting their preferences, and gathering feedback.
  • Facilitating regular staff meetings and suggesting enhancements to workflows.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in Restaurant & Bar Management.
  • Proficiency in F&B Management (launching new outlets, P&L, costing, restaurant operations, and training).
  • Comprehensive grasp of restaurant operations, adept in managing complaints, fostering staff growth, and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Essential skills include strong leadership, effective communication, and a polished, representative lifestyle.
  • Fluent in English.
