Business Analyst

Business Analyst will play a key role in providing financial and operational data insights to support informed decision-making by our shareholders and management team. You will be responsible for collecting data from various departments, analyzing it thoroughly, and transforming it into clear, actionable reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

· Gather data from various departments, including finance, sales, operations, and IT, to create a comprehensive view of the company's performance.

· Clean, organize, and analyze financial and operational data using strong analytical skills.

· Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning.

· Create clear and concise reports and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data to shareholders and management.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Prepare presentations to deliver data-driven insights to shareholders and management, recommending courses of action based on findings.

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

· 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a data-driven or financial services environment.

· Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and data analysis methods.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key insights from data.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor reports and presentations to different audiences.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

· Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Financial Modeling Language) a plus.
