We are looking for a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager with a strong existing network to lead our syndicated credit efforts for large corporates. You will play a key role in originating, structuring, and executing syndicated loan deals, leveraging your deep industry relationships and expertise in credit analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at large corporations across various industries.
  • Identify potential loan opportunities for large corporates and originate new syndicated credit deals.
  • Lead the structuring and documentation process for syndicated loans, ensuring alignment with client needs and bank risk parameters.
  • Assemble and manage lender groups for syndicated loans, effectively coordinating communication and deal execution.
  • Conduct comprehensive credit analysis, evaluating borrower financials and preparing credit memos for loan approval.
  • Negotiate loan terms and pricing with borrowers and lenders, ensuring optimal deal structure for all parties.
  • Manage existing syndicated credit relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor loan performance and work with borrowers to address any potential issues.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the bank's overall syndicated credit strategy.


  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field, with a strong focus on syndicated credit.
    • Proven track record of originating, structuring, and closing large syndicated loan deals.
    • Deep understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan structuring techniques.
    • Extensive network of relationships with senior executives at large corporations across various industries.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in financial modeling and credit analysis tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
