Our client is a multinational FMCG company, a leader in the grain processing industry, known for its high-quality food ingredients and strong market presence. With a commitment to innovation and sustainability, they are expanding their marketing team and looking for a Head of Marketing to drive brand growth and market penetration.
Responsibility :
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
- Brand Management: Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to strengthen market presence.
- Product Marketing: Oversee go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and industry demands.
- Market Research & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Drive both online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, trade marketing, and B2B/B2C promotions.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies that increase market penetration and revenue.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management: Work with external agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing within the FMCG sector (preferably in food ingredients or grain processing).
- Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, and trade marketing.
- Strong experience in market research, analytics, and consumer insights.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Familiarity with the food supply chain, distribution channels, and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
