The Head of Human Resources will play a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement for a leading organization specializing in restructuring. This role will require a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of human capital management and a passion for developing and retaining top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Human Resources Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Conduct workforce analysis and planning to ensure the organization has the necessary talent to achieve its goals.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.
- Oversee the design and implementation of employee development programs and initiatives.
- Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations activities, including performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Advise management on HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.
- Organizational Development:
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transformation.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Talent Management:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Oversee succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR-related risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in a restructuring or turnaround organization.
- Certification in Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent).
