The Head of Human Resources will play a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement for a leading organization specializing in restructuring. This role will require a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of human capital management and a passion for developing and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Human Resources Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
    • Conduct workforce analysis and planning to ensure the organization has the necessary talent to achieve its goals.
    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.
    • Oversee the design and implementation of employee development programs and initiatives.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Manage employee relations activities, including performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Investigate and resolve employee concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
    • Advise management on HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Organizational Development:
    • Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
    • Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transformation.
    • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
  • Talent Management:
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
    • Oversee succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Manage HR-related risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in a restructuring or turnaround organization.
  • Certification in Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent).
