Head of Product ( Financial Services )

Our client, a multinational digital financial services firm specializing in innovative credit scoring, is seeking a highly skilled Head of Product to lead and drive the strategic direction of our product line. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the product roadmap, ensuring that our offerings meet and exceed client expectations while driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor products to specific client needs.
• Forecast business opportunities and strategize service expansion within target markets.
• Lead the end-to-end product cycle from research to deployment and continual improvement.
• Provide expert consultancy on product suite applications for client businesses.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as a Head of Product in technology or financial services.
• Expertise in risk & fraud management for consumer lending.
• Proficiency in managing end-to-end processes of unsecured lending products.
• Relevant experience in credit card or consumer lending business.
• Strong consensus-building skills across functional teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric focus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of APIs and banking applications.
• Demonstrated ability to translate user requirements into a compelling product vision.
