We assisting our client in seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Branding to join a fast-growing F&B startup. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of branding experience, with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Proven success in leading brands is a significant plus. This role will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Lead the creation and evolution of the brand identity, including visual elements and messaging.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  4. Drive successful launch of new brands or rebranding initiatives, overseeing execution.
  5. Build and lead a high-performing branding team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to integrate branding strategies into campaigns.
  7. Manage the branding budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for strategic goals.

Qualifications :
