We assisting our client in seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Branding to join a fast-growing F&B startup. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of branding experience, with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Proven success in leading brands is a significant plus. This role will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the creation and evolution of the brand identity, including visual elements and messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Drive successful launch of new brands or rebranding initiatives, overseeing execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing branding team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to integrate branding strategies into campaigns.
- Manage the branding budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for strategic goals.
- Proven experience leading brand development in the F&B industry, including building brands from zero
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills for developing innovative brand solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
